Sara is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my car service for our two Honda cars. I always have questions before any car service and love getting Informed and educated answers. Honda pricing is o service for our two Honda cars. I always have questions before any car service and love getting Informed and educated answers. Honda pricing is ok and anbout average in the industry. The 3% surcharge on credit cards used to pay for service or repair bills is too high and may hurt Honda in the long run. May get customers go elsewhere out of principle. I thought about this myself before. So, why not share the charge? Honda eats 1.5%, customer pays 1.5% as that would work better and be more widely accepted and assured more customer loyalty. Just constructive criticism. And, oh yeah, please eliminate the stop start feature in your future Honda cars. The incentive for it is being eliminated anyway, or already was. It’s the most hated car feature I have ever heard of and has kept me and many of my friends from even considering a new car purchase. My 2018 Honda does not have the stop start feature and I love it. Thx. More

Nothing felt rushed or pushed, which I really appreciated. I’ve always brought my CR-V to Mile High Honda for service, and this experience was another reminder of why I keep coming back. The team is consistently professional, honest, and efficient, and the level of care they provide really stands out. It’s rare to find a service department you actually trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend! More
