The day of our appointment was very busy and many other people were waiting for service. We were offered a loaner car, however, we declined because we were told if we took advantage of the loaner that our people were waiting for service. We were offered a loaner car, however, we declined because we were told if we took advantage of the loaner that our service may not happen the day of our appointment because the customers who opted to wait are served first. That is understandable so we opted to wait and our vehicle was ready in the time (2.5 hours) that was estimated.
