Everyone was so friendly, they explained every piece so thoroughly: about all the car features and test driving, the application process and add on warranty packages, the finance paperwork, etc. We were in and out in way less time than I ever could have anticipated, they had all of the documents ready for us! This is my 2nd Outback (first was a new 2013 Outback) from Grand Subaru. And I ALWAYS use their service department because it is so good. Sandy saw me struggling with the online chat bot and immediately jumped in to help me out. Grand was the only dealership around that had the car I wanted on their lot. Jason and Drew worked really hard immediately jumped in to help me out. Grand was the only dealership around that had the car I wanted on their lot. Jason and Drew worked really hard to help me with my first time ever buying a new car all by myself. They answered all my questions (for hours!) and set me up with a good deal that was right for me. I'm not stressed out at all while driving my new car because I just know that I'm covered. The Grand dealership is really big and luxe, especially compared to the one in Chicago. Looking forward to coming back and getting my maintenance done at Grand because it's really comfortable, clean, and pleasant. I didn't have a car when I bought my Crosstrek, so Sandy arranged for me to be picked up, which was especially thoughtful and helpful.
