deceptive sales practices and poor service a new car was sold to me with standard factory equipment on window sticker, but seller did not disclose that had replaced factory touch screen with no a new car was sold to me with standard factory equipment on window sticker, but seller did not disclose that had replaced factory touch screen with non warranted, inferior aftermarket part which has failed after 2 years. i thought that was an illegal sales practice! I am well within my 3yr 36k mile factory warranty but will NEVER return to TOH after reading how terrible they are on multiple websites. I've requested multiple staff by multiple means to ship the original factory equipment to my ethical local dealer Earl Stewart to replace faulty ADVENT system and maintain my factory warranty coverage. NO RESPONSE. I'm an old, poor, single female veteran who bought this car so i never had to worry again. I guess corporate America is having a good laugh!! Even Toyota corporate customer service says "that's a sales issue" and "there's nothing we can do" RUN, DON't WALK away from this terrible dealership, and maybe TOYOTA also, I'm going HONDA because of this. dealer also made false statements in rebuttal saying that "dealer add ons" were listed on window sticker but it's NOT TRUE! I have all original paperwork/stickers and there IS NO SUCH STICKER!! what liars!! More

At the moment i walked in i felt at home, Sandra Molina and Xiomara Cadiz could not have been more lovely and caring about our needs. They took the time to show my mom all the colors and explain the features and gave us the best rate in the market. From there they past us to finance with Christina and she was on point explaining everything from there we went back to get the car and even though it was late Xiomara programed my moms phone and all her stations and she did it with love. I appreciate both of them greatly because their is nothing better than to see your mom smile in her new car. This is not a job for them this is their passion, i officially feel part of the Toyota of Hollywood family. Again thank you for the best experience i have had buying a car. More

We been searching around for a car for 6 months and was tired for all the sales pitch that all of the other dealerships was giving us . After having a friend that had a background in car salesmanship help us filer out fakes. i was searching online and came across Toyota of Hollywood i spoke to Sandra Molina and she was great and quick with answers, my wife and I decided to go in and see what they had to offer. Sandra was great she help us out to the best as she could and worked our budget so we could afford the car ( I know cause I had my phone out add up the numbers to see if It was the best choice to make ). Sandra and her Both assistants are on our Christmas list and will return for our next car and already refer them to a lot of our friends. More
