She answers questions about features in a way that is understandable to me. She remembers my past vehicles and what I did and did not like about them when I am looking for a new vehicle. She works well with the staff at Auto Park Ford. Moe and Matt assisted in helping find a vehicle that fit my "need" list and were very pleasant to work with during the process. Andrew made the actual lease process move along pleasantly and efficiently. The service area team has changed over the past year or so and is now much easier to work with and I feel much more confidant when bringing my car in for service. This is key because I was getting ready to go to look at other dealerships and other car companies looking for reliable service. The turn around in the service area kept me at my local Ford dealer. Sandie was key in maintaining my patience and her willingness to help straighten out some unpleasant experiences resulted in the correction of my service issues. Now the new service team treats me well and the service is explained well and i appreciate a heads up on what my vehicle will ned when the next round of service is due. Auto Park Ford Dealership is customer friendly and takes care of the customer after the sale with the same enthusiasm and service level as the sales team. All of the this in the middle of a massive construction project.
