I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. The team at Auto Park Ford made our car buying experience easy and pleasurable. From Sandee our sales lady to the sales manager Mo and even the general manager Brent came out an answered any of our questi easy and pleasurable. I just had a short period of time dealing with the staff at Auto Park Ford and I found everyone to be very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating, the Jeep I had purchased was as they had presented ( I thin at Auto Park Ford and I found everyone to be very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating, the Jeep I had purchased was as they had presented ( I think even better) in their sales advertising. The price was fair, and when I left, I felt like I got a deal and that’s the way it should be. Both the dealer and the customer being happy about the outcome. The deal went through speedily without any hiccups. I live 150 miles from the dealership, but I would still recommend them. Kudos to the staff at Auto Park Ford.
