VERY pissed off I paid they money not be there driving advertisement. If they want me to drive to advertise why don't they pay my car note. LOOK at the stickers and MAKE them take the stupid things off before they damage the new car you are buying More

If you would have told me 4 days ago, we'd have a 2022 Ford Escape joining our family, I would have told you, "I wish!" I don't even have a Ford Dealership that has a 2022 Red Escape on the lot! I went o Ford Escape joining our family, I would have told you, "I wish!" I don't even have a Ford Dealership that has a 2022 Red Escape on the lot! I went online and found one at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis MI. I was pretty happy about it and texted we'd like to see it. Sandie contacted me the next day and we were able to set up a test drive. When we went to Auto Park Ford, the staff was incredibly friendly! I was surprised, they all seemed to get along quite well, from Robert Brooks (which I hope he gets all the little chicks and ducks he could ever want!) to Sandie Owen, our Salesperson! She was so helpful. The first vehicle we drove, seemed to be more than we wanted, so she asked what we were looking for in an Escape. We gave her our list and she asked if we thought about a hybrid. I thought that was a glorified word for an electric vehicle. Sandie assured me that wasn't the case. We test drove a hybrid with everything we wanted on a vehicle! It was like Sandie knew exactly what we were looking for, after talking with us for an hour or so. Needless to say, we were sold on the vehicle! By the time we left, it was already after business hours, so we planned to pick up the Escape today! When we got there, it was ready for us! I loved the fact that it was completely cleaned and waiting for us, INCLUDING a FULL tank of gas!!! (With gas prices as high as they are, that was one less headache we had to deal with!) I am so excited about our new member of the family!!! Sturgis was a tad further than I anticipated driving to, to buy an Escape, but I would have driven further if I had to, I will definitely be going back to Auto Park Ford and planning to work with Sandie again, as well as sending my daughters there when they decide it's time for a new member in their family!! I did give 5 stars, Robert stands by his word, he told us, if you can't give us 5 stars call him and he will fix it for us. The friendliness of the staff to us as well as each other, was rare (in this day and age) and a wonderful breath of fresh air! This was the best experience Steve has had since 1976, while buying another Ford at a different dealership (we've bought our share of vehicles through the years!) More
