Mission driven not commission driven because he cares I came in with the impression that I was going over rates and my options on cars. After going over rates I got discouraged thinking that I would have I came in with the impression that I was going over rates and my options on cars. After going over rates I got discouraged thinking that I would have to wait months to get a new car. With Sam's help I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Elantra just 10 days before my birthday. Needless to say this is my Valentine's/birthday gift to myself! I would recommend any and everyone to Sam. Thanks Sam! More

Great people!! Sam Morgan was our salesman. We walked in to look for suvs and what we liked was that nobody rushed us with sale tactics. Sam approached us and asked Sam Morgan was our salesman. Best Dealership in town I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. When I first learned that I was in need of a new vehicle, I prayed that I would go to a place that I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. When I first learned that I was in need of a new vehicle, I prayed that I would go to a place that would treat me like family and nothing less. I was directed to salesman Sam Morgan. As I walked to his desk he greeted me with the biggest smile. The first thing I said was tell me something about you because I know you can sale cars or you wouldn't be here. We talked for hours before discussing cars. As the conversation grew, I explained my reason for being in the dealership. I immediately got a feeling of relief and comfort because I knew that I could trust this man to not just sell me a car but to allow it to be just what I needed which was something dependable, reliable, and most of all affordable. When he told me not to worry because there is something for everyone, I did just that. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and knew their stuff. Sam made this the easiest process that I could ever go through and I appreciate it so much. I still get a call from time to time to see how things are going and to this day I'm still enjoying my vehicle. Palmer's Hyundai is remarkable and Mr. Sam Morgan is great at what he does. Customer service and customer appreciation is definitely top priority to him and I appreciate that. I give his overall service 10 stars. More
