I am 84 years old, and I have delt with many companies as a purchasing agent. The run-around I received on July 14 at your facility was the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced. I received a recall on my car purchased in December 2025. I made an appointment with the Service Department and took the car in to have it fixed, I waited over two hours before checking to see how much longer I would be detained. I was told that more problems had been found and it would take a little longer before they would be finished. A few minutes passed and I was approached by the sales department showing me another car. This led me to believe my car was being swapped out due to recall. This was not the case at all. I was tricked into signing paperwork to purchase another car. By this time, I had been waiting approximately four hours. I now have two cars to make payments on. I am a senior citizen and a widow, I know your Sales Department employees are still laughing about how they pulled one over on the old lady. I will never do business with your company again, and I will tell all my family and friends to be very alert if they are shopping for a vehicle and end up at your place of business. I have NEVER been as dissatisfied with a business as I am with Mobile Hyundai. More

First, I had to have my car towed into dealership. I was not happy and I wasn't thinking about getting another vehicle. I'm a type of person that does not like being rushed, but I agreed to speak with I was not happy and I wasn't thinking about getting another vehicle. I'm a type of person that does not like being rushed, but I agreed to speak with the sales dept. They were set I think on getting me to buy, which I was really wanting to be left alone. But, I keep inching along with the sales dept.. I finally got to the point where I was shown a vehicle, which I chose. That sale agent, I really liked, he was down to earth and appeared honest in his approach toward me. It took much longer than I was prepared to be gone from home but I made it through and got the vehicle I had been thinking on for a while. It's done. More
