The BEST customer service that I have ever experienced!!!! After having a pretty bad experience at a different dealership I walked into this KIA dealership a bit apprehensive. From the moment I walked in when I was greeted by Sam I could tell that this was going to be a very different experience. I was even shocked that Mike, the General Sales Manager, came over right away to meet me. I had been to several dealership and not one manager ever came out to introduce themselves or say hello (except when one thought I was about to buy a car). Both Sam and Mike were geniune and I could tell that they just wanted me to have a good customer experience, no matter what the outcome was. Without getting too involved with my story, I bought a used vehicle from a different KIA dealer (Jim Shorkey KIA Wexford) and after about 2 days realized that I should have gotten a Telluride. The other KIA dealer gave me a complete run around and played many games. They first said it would cost me an additional 7K! Then 4K....then 2k. I explained my situation to Sam. He sat me down, we talked, I told him where I needed to be and then he Mike came out....notice that Sam didn’t have to go back and forth to his manager a million times to see if they could get a “better” deal. That bothers me so much when dealerships do that and you are left to try and negotiate and again the manager never comes out. The manager is almost like “the Great Oz”! Not here! Mike was part of this every step of the way. They came back to me with one offer which I couldn’t believe....Mike made my trade in and the new Telluride an even swap! Seriously! No games, no gimmicks like several of the other dealerships. At no time did I feel like I was just a number to them...as strange as it sounds I felt like I was part of the family. Sam was so unbelievably helpful, upbeat, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Mike was also amazing and you can just tell that they both truly love what they do and value the company they work for. If you are searching for any type of car you should RUN to see Sam and Mike! One of a kind service! #1 Cochran is so lucky to have these two amazing guys part of their team! My family will only go back to them from now on. More

Once the vehicle was ready, Sam personally delivered the vehicle to our location and made the paperwork very painless to finish. I didn’t agree with his take that the vehicle was so hot he could sell it to anyone at his price. That was a turn off. I bought the car anyway. Sam was great, they got me a good rate for my circumstance. But the manager didn’t discount the car a dime from the dealer. More
