The Service at this dealership seems to have improved quite a bit since I was there last. Everybody was very friendly and attentive. Sam took great care of me, and went out of his way to make sure my car quite a bit since I was there last. Everybody was very friendly and attentive. Sam took great care of me, and went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and cleaned inside and out better than it had ever been cleaned before at the dealership. He remembered me from my last visit and did a good job of explaining the future recommended Work that needs to be done. Also, I was given a rental car from Greenleaf. I reached out to MB Temecula to inquire about a particularly difficult problem to solve with our 2012 MB ML 350. Service Manager Manny Henshaw engaged my inquiry stating he was confident that their particularly difficult problem to solve with our 2012 MB ML 350. Service Manager Manny Henshaw engaged my inquiry stating he was confident that their certified diagnostics service tech could get to the bottom of the issue. I decided to make the drive from San Diego to give them a shot. They were successful in diagnosing and repairing the issue where two separate SD based shops could not. Well done Manny and team! More
