Very nice and professional sales person. High end atmosphere. Buying experience was fairly smooth seeing as how I had my own financing. However, once paperwork was signed, price was given, I High end atmosphere. Buying experience was fairly smooth seeing as how I had my own financing. However, once paperwork was signed, price was given, I was disclosed that the vehicle only had one key, and now I have a $250 expense. That information should have been told to me upfront, and perhaps the vehicle discounted for the inconvenience. I also found out the night I purchased that a head light was out. I was told that there was a thorough inspection it passed, but I'm not sure how thorough that is if they can't catch a head light. Now a $400 expense which I'm sure the dealership is not going to pay. It's not a good experience when you leave the dealership and within the signing and 3 hours, the customer adds $650 of random expenses. I dont blame the sales person, he was great. But the dealership itself seems to be..... we'll, coming up short. More
