Issues such as not knowing/including my $500 down-payment in the paperwork, running financing through a different bank at almost 2 pts higher APR (had to correct), the promised tire rotation & filter replacement were not noted/communicated prior to our arrival, there was a Jeep Wrangler manual in the Mazda I bought, no one mentioned that there weren't floor mats so had to buy a set for $100 afterwards and 1 tire has a leak that should have been fixed & filled prior to us driving it home hours away. We are glad that we caught most of the problems while we were there, though not all. More

We wanted to try a hybrid for our new SUV. After disappointment at another Toyota dealer we came to Corwin. Kayla was very nice about keeping us informd on the progress of the order. When we came to get the car Sammy was terrific at walking us through the paperwork and was very patient about showing us many of the features of the new car. Rob was very good at guiding us through finance options. Everyone we met at Corwin that day was very friendly and courteous.
