Super nice to you while you’re shopping for a car, but the second the paperwork is signed they will give you the run-around for as long as possible so any issues fall outside of the 3 month warranty and y the second the paperwork is signed they will give you the run-around for as long as possible so any issues fall outside of the 3 month warranty and you pay out of pocket. A $350 was broken when i bought the car and it has taken over a month of phone calls, requesting service appointments, and finally showing up in person to be told the part has even been ordered when i made the dealer (salesman Deven and manager Juan) aware the day after purchasing the car what i had found to be broken upon driving it home. Juan tried to be helpful and fix it himself but he clearly did not know what he was doing and the problem has only gotten worse. More

I wanted to share my recent experience with Fette Infinity, located at 1137 US-46, Clifton, NJ 07013, as it has been quite frustrating and concerning. I initially delivered my car for repairs, expec Infinity, located at 1137 US-46, Clifton, NJ 07013, as it has been quite frustrating and concerning. I initially delivered my car for repairs, expecting it would take approximately two weeks, but it has now been over a month, and my car is still not ready. I have faced numerous issues with communication; they did not inform me that they would be transferring my car to a different facility for repairs. I discovered this through the GPS tracking device installed in my car. Every day, I have been given promises that my car would be ready the next day, but those promises have not been fulfilled. Last week, I received a call stating my car would be ready on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, but as of today (Wednesday), I still do not have my car. I strongly urge anyone considering Fette Infinity for car repairs to think carefully before proceeding. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would not want others to go through the same struggles I have faced. I will not be returning to this location for any sales or service engagements! Thank you for taking the time to read this. New updates to my review: Today, (1/22/2025) I attempted to contact Service Manager but was informed that he was busy. I called every 30 minutes, sent him a text, and even left a voice message, yet I have not received any response. In my efforts to get assistance, I also contacted customer service to see if I could speak with General Manager Juan Villegas or General Sales Manager Dan Fette, but was met with the same response regarding their availability. Could anyone please advise me on how I might be able to get the information I need regarding my vehicle? Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Alec More
