Would give 0 stars if i could. Dishonest and unprofessional sales, management and service people. I bought a used volvo in may of this year and have had an issue with the brakes si Dishonest and unprofessional sales, management and service people. I bought a used volvo in may of this year and have had an issue with the brakes since the day i bought it. Devon from sales assured me the brakes had been checked and serviced when i asked about it during the test drive, and that it was just moisture spots on the rotors from the car sitting on the lot. I took the car back to the dealer in October for a free oil change through their maintenance program and was initially told that my left rear pad was at 2 mm and would need to be replaced for $550. After explaining the sales experience the service rep i was dealing with said they would ask the manager about fixing it at a significant discount since the car had less than 10,000 miles put on it since it’s purchase. The service manager came back and said that a trainee had done the inspection, and my brake pad was actually at 7 mm, so i declined the service (at his recommendation) and was sent on my way. Today (mid-November) i brought my car to a mechanic in my area and he informed me i had no right rear brake pad remaining and now i am paying out of pocket for an issue that should never have happened in the first place, especially within 6 months of buying the car. Do not do business here under any circumstances. More

BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with NO accidents reported clean title and clean reports even on carfax and it turn out the car was in a collision before. Not only are they marking with NO accidents reported clean title and clean reports even on carfax and it turn out the car was in a collision before. Not only are they marking up the price, they are doing it on a car that was clearly not inspected properly and has clearly been in a car accident and repaired but they're selling it as a certified pre-owned vehicle with NO accidents reported. I can't drive the vehicle because it needs to be calibrated but the windshield is a aftermarket windshield so it won't let car be calibrated. So now I just have a vehicle I can't drive SCAMMERS More
