I dealt with Samantha (in Sales); Lou; and Mike Ayoub. They were all wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Lou and Mike were honest about the vehicle; and the inspection that was done on it. I didn’t even test drive the vehicle; due to me living miles from the location; and trusted them. When I received the vehicle; it was spectacular. I was very please. Mike made sure that I was pleased with the vehicle; and he made sure that I obtained all the paperwork that I needed; in order to register the vehicle; in my name. My entire experience with Sullivan Buick GMC was GREAT; I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great vehicle; at a reasonable price; and no hassle. More

Sale of Toyota RAV4 Utilizing Kelly Bluebook.com, my purpose was to sell a 2009 Toyota RAV4 in very good condition, but w/ 165,000 miles and a prior accident. KBB now ha Utilizing Kelly Bluebook.com, my purpose was to sell a 2009 Toyota RAV4 in very good condition, but w/ 165,000 miles and a prior accident. KBB now has a feature which gives you a valuation and several dealers in your area willing to pay that amount, subject to an inspection to confirm the accuracy of your initial KBB inputs. I had doubts, but what the heck.... Sullivan Buick GMC was identified as a preferred (or "Buying Center") dealer, which seemed relevant. My experience with Sullivan Buick was 5 Star. The process was efficient, I found the personnel to be honest/direct, there was no pressure, and they were willing to provide straight forward answers to my questions. In short, the sale was a very favorable experience throughout. Ultimately, after making an adjustment for an error in my initial Kelley Bluebook inputs which was clearly my mistake, Sullivan Buick did just what Kelley Bluebook claimed: It paid the Kelley Bluebook figure right on the spot, and the final sale amount was fully $2,700 above the amount offered by CarMax! On the basis of my experience, I strongly recommend Kelley Bluebook and Sullivan Buick GMC as a resource for anyone seeking to sell a used car. Great Experience! More

Things have changed since 2011 when I they were great. When shopping for a new Buick, my first consideration was this dealership. So, online, via Buick.com, I requested a quote. No quote was received. J When shopping for a new Buick, my first consideration was this dealership. So, online, via Buick.com, I requested a quote. No quote was received. Just several emails from them that they needed my phone number (a phone number was not required at Buick.com) and they needed to speak with me. Anyone can figure out sales incentives these days. Just need to know upon what price those incentives will be applied. Didn't happen with them. Finally, received a quote. It was merely a copy of the ad from their website for MSRP. These days, hard to believe conducting business online would be so difficult, especially in light of the fact that I purchased 2 cars for over $60,000 (all had service done there too) from this dealership in 2011, and much of the purchase process was conducted online via email. Everybody's time is valuable, many prefer the convenience of online purchases, and expect a dealer to have respect for someone's time and intelligence. Sorry to say, this dealer failed at that with me this time. More

I made a few inquiries over the phone with Samantha Edwards who placed me in contact with salesman Eliot Pergricht. Eliot suggested I come in to take a test drive, but considering I live south of Chicago the trip would be an undertaking. Anyway, once I arrived at the dealership with my son, I was greated at the front door by Eliot, he could not have been more pleasant and candid as it relates to the sale of this car. I also met Mike O'Connell the Finance Manager, and he was fantastic. All-in-all my purchase experience at Sullivan was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not just another sale. Thanks to everyone at Sullivan Buick GMC! More
