I brought my low-mileage vehicle in for an inspection, oil change, and wheel repair, only to later discover the dealership charged me nearly double what the third-party wheel repair actually cost them. No one reviewed the final bill with me before payment, and when I called to question the large markup, the explanation only added to my frustration. Between the attempted upselling, credit card surcharge, and lack of transparency, I left feeling taken advantage of instead of valued as a customer. Unfortunately, they have lost my future business for both sales and service.
