Good. The only thing was they drained my battery and had to jump start it for me to leave. Other than that it was good Sam is always nice and helpful and I know he tried to solve the battery situation right to jump start it for me to leave. Bob the courtesy van was nice and knowledgeable Kia vehicles, he was a pleasure riding with. In addition the service department found an oil leak around the oil filter housing. Thanks to the Lifetime wrap policy I purchased when I purchased the Sedona in 2012 the cost will be a small deductible, I'm going to drive this van until the wheels fall off. When we purchase another vehicle I'm 99% sure it will be a Kia, they get great reviews from Consumer Reports, So save money buy a Kia , the next time you purchase a new or used vehicle. More
