Dishonest dealership leads to disappointment Experience dates back to the evening I purchased the vehicle. End of the month and sales team is pushing to close the deal that evening before the dea Experience dates back to the evening I purchased the vehicle. End of the month and sales team is pushing to close the deal that evening before the dealership closes. Finance manager sells costly add on packages (wheel and tire protection) and claims the protection covers absolutely any and all situations. In reality, there are numerous "conditions" associated with said coverage. I was denied a replacement tire or tire repair because the tread was too low on the tire. The tread being low on the tire was not a proximate cause of the tire leaking air, which was cause by the nail. Ultimately, I will never purchase or lease another vehicle form Audi WPB ever again. Bait and switch tactics are dishonest and general bad business practices. I will be sharing my experience with Audi USA customer support as well as all review sites (Yelp, Facebook, BBB, etc.) relating to the dealership. More
