Services I knew needed to be performed were not even recommended, while other basic services were not only recommended but extremely marked up. I was told my engine was too hot to perform the work, eve recommended, while other basic services were not only recommended but extremely marked up. I was told my engine was too hot to perform the work, even though it had only been driven to the dealership at 8am and was left sitting until almost 11:30 am. I was given a loaner car since I agreed to leave my truck there to “cool off”. Unfortunately they did not check the fuel level in the loaner and I had to fuel up to make it home from the dealership. They did fill up my truck as an apology. More
