Went in for oil change maintenance as I walked in to see Sam with whom I was told to see about my appointment was on the phone and not the office phone I waited nearly 2 hours I took a walk out side and gue Sam with whom I was told to see about my appointment was on the phone and not the office phone I waited nearly 2 hours I took a walk out side and guess what my truck was sitting in parking lot while Sam the attendant who was supposed to be helping other customers and my self yet again was on his cell phone i believe all the service was complete up to standards but also was offered a complimentary wash that did not happen I gotta say that the attention I received was poor Noone offer water as a matter of fact he didn't even say hello More
