This dealership is tops in ever way! The staff are happy people who love their work. They go out of their way to take care of my Mini. I was pleased that Scott was flexible getting me in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I had a family emergency and needed an oil change and tires check and windshield washers refilled. He provided exemplary customer service not only to me but to others. I could hear his interactions with other customers from where I was seated in the waiting area. I also spoke with Sam regarding a possible trade in or new purchase. He provided me with the information I requested on two minis that were on the lot.
