Very customer driven, pays attention to detail and always ready and willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. She return calls and makes sure your vehicle Is also in top notch condition. The thing I love about this center is that they come to my house and pick up my cars and bring them back! Very nice thing they do for me because as a busy realtor I barley have time to do anything. One of the reason I love my bmws so much is because of Brittany, She makes them driving so much fun because they are always taken care of! We really appreciated it since we were driving a few hours to come in for the test drive with three kids. We were able to make a deal fairly fast and offered a good deal on our trade in. We just got the car yesterday and so far we are super happy with it and the price that we paid for it. Jae was very nice and genuine through the whole process which is hard to find in a salesman these days. More

We really appreciate Harold’s personality, demeanor, and approach to aiding us buy a car, not try to sell us a car my wife didn’t want. He successfully helped us navigate through the selection and the ultimate order of her 2019 X3, exactly the way she wanted it - without compromise. Harold provided us frequent updates on the order status via text messaging. When the vehicle was selected, Sigis Skirpa - Sales Manager helped us negotiate the sales promotions running at the time to get the best deal on the car my wife wanted, which is always a plus and was greatly appreciated. (5 stars) The only part of the experience that lacked exemplary marks was with the finance department. I wanted to review and consider the additional extended warranties and service contracts, that we would be asked to review when we went to take delivery of the ordered vehicle, in advance. We eventually received the subject information before we went in to take delivery, but it seemed to require an inordinate amount of followup by me to ensure I got that information in advance. (3 stars) We are extremely happy with the sales experience at BMW of Catonsville, but feel we must rate the overall experience with 4 stars. More

Mr. David Lee and his staff went above and beyond and did everything necessary to complete my purchase of my BMW by installing Sirius XM and at no charge to me, in my vehicle. I know some people will ask didn't it come with Sirius XM? That was the sticking point of my initial dissatisfaction. The 88 miles that I drove to get the car that I really wanted was worth the trip to Catonsville BMW. Absolutely satisfied and Fredericksburg Virginia. Thank you so much. More
