My client Advisor (Kourosh N.) was great to work with as most was done via email before coming in to pick up my sedan. His communications to me was great and always answered my questions with the details I needed. I really appreciated the honesty and the team working with me on what I was looking for and the cost point I was willing to spend (which I didn't have much success with any of the Northern Virginia dealerships this go around being my 2nd BMW). I liked how the team was ready to go once I verbally committed to coming out there to get the car (washed and paperwork all printed out ready to be signed). The Business Manager (Sam C.) was also great (as well as personable which I also appreciated against my past experiences with other dealerships/brands). I plan to get another BMW for the wife in the near future and look forward to working with this team for years to come. More

An extremely pleasant experience. I decided to lease a 2020 BMW X5m, and as is the case with most folks, this task is usually not one I would say I enjoy. But Benn Edwards was extreme I decided to lease a 2020 BMW X5m, and as is the case with most folks, this task is usually not one I would say I enjoy. But Benn Edwards was extremely helpful and courteous. I mentioned to him at our handshake, that I wanted to be done with the transaction no later than one and half hours after I made my decision. He complied...we arrived at the dealer at 10:00 a.m., did the test drive, and left at 12:30 with my new vehicle. It was a most enjoyable way to get a new car!!! More

Four years ago I met Benn Edwards at BMW Catonsville. He assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't my past sales experience. So, last week, when I needed to upgrade my vehicle, I reached out to Benn again. He was still his amazing self. I told him what I wanted with regard to payment and warranties with no money down, just my excellent credit and he went to work. He introduced me to Sam, the finance manager who is a wizard with numbers. He got me everything I asked for and then some. These two make a great team and made my visit to BMW Catonsville so worth it. I appreciate Benn's expertise. He is a great salesman and genuine person. I will always return to BMW Catonsville, they treat me well. Much respect to Benn and Sam. More

Very efficient and pleasant experience, would definitely come back I 3 yrs when this new lease is up.
