I had great service when purchasing my car. I did not feel pressured in any way and Sam Castelli was very knowledgable with all the vehicles I was looking at. One thing I would suggest, is when you finally leave with your purchased vehicle, is that the gas tank be filled. The car is cleaned and ready to go, but I did not have a full gas tank. I think that would be a great personal touch. Especially, after you just spent all this money on the purchase. It was very noticeable that it was not filled up. More

We dealt with several dealers in The Twin Cities and were put off by the overall condescending attitude regarding their products and pricing. We had looked at Park Place Motors online but were concerned it was too good to be true and we would have to wait longer to get a car vs "the Mega Big City Dealers". Nothing could be further from the truth! Sam, Dan, Burl and Rob couldn't have been more "comfortable" to deal with. We searched for a word that described our experience and it was COMFORTABLE. It characterizes our new car purchase- price, respect and overall professionalism. Believe us it is worth the drive to Rochester! More
