They first presented a much higher number than I was guaranteed and when I told them that, they came down without an issue and I was given the internet price as promised. The appraisal for my trade in was equal to that of which carmax appraised, so I felt that was fair. There was no pushback and both the salesman I worked with, Dick, and the sales manager, Sam, were very polite and pleasant to work with. I feel like I got a very good deal on my car and I would recommend them to others. More
