If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. I took my 1 year old truck with 20k miles in because one of the struts was leaking and requested it to be covered under warranty. The service advis I took my 1 year old truck with 20k miles in because one of the struts was leaking and requested it to be covered under warranty. The service adviser was telling me that he didn't think it would be covered and that I needed to talk to the service manager. When I explained that the mechanic at truck toys discovered the leak and told me to go to the dealership he started telling me it was my fault for letting an uncertified person look at my truck (mind you truck toys is certified) and told me if the strut was leaking why would I have driven it to the dealership and that they would not cover it. When I tried to discuss it further he told me he was done talking and to get out of his office. Funny thing is he did the same thing to the woman prior. Stay far away from this place. That is not how you treat customers, I bought my truck brand new from them and have taken it for services there until now. Won't ever set foot in that place again More

Very friendly helpful staff and I trust their work. I feel they are honest when answering my questions. I don’t see anything negative in the service here. I feel they are honest when answering my questions. I don’t see anything negative in the service here. More

Initially this dealership was very polite, responsive and had a good selection . That said, I am dissatisfied with my experience when dealing with the sales rep and the sales manager once paperwork began had a good selection . That said, I am dissatisfied with my experience when dealing with the sales rep and the sales manager once paperwork began to get signed. As part of the sale, I had requested a limited service plan to be “included” with the sale, only to find that they wanted to sell me the service plan at an additional 5k to the purchasing price. This was right after the sales manager told the sales rep to “make him a deal! We will set you up” expecting for effort on their side as I had not tried to haggle the price with them (hindsight, I should have). After paperwork began to get signed they needed a few days to detail the vehicle and address some requests , but the sales rep had poor communication about the pickup time /date, however he was was very apologetic. 4 days after signing paperwork I finally received the vehicle and I inquired that all fluids have been serviced and topped off. The sales rep said it had been as part of their safety inspection but later found that they either lied or forgot to reset the computer as it showed 24% oil life. The vehicle also had less than a quarter tank of gas which seemed a bit cheap given the frustration in the whole buying process. I would not recommend the dealership based on my experiences alone. Stay Away! Deceptive Tactics! I negotiated my trade-in value and purchase price for a 2017 Chevy Silverado with a pre-approval letter ready to go. The sales ma Deceptive Tactics! I negotiated my trade-in value and purchase price for a 2017 Chevy Silverado with a pre-approval letter ready to go. The sales manager, Calvin, called and texted me to confirm the out-the-door (OTD) price before I came to test drive the truck. When I arrived, they immediately insisted that I submit a second credit check, which required a hard inquiry on my credit. I declined since I had a pre-approval letter in hand and didn’t see the need for an additional hard ding on my credit, but they applied more pressure, reassuring me that they were "working with my bank and not going to submit the credit app." Of course, we all know they get commission and incentives for submitting loan apps at the dealership. Strangely, the paperwork they presented looked suspiciously like a credit application. Despite knowing what they were up to, I chose to move forward because I felt comfortable with the negotiated price and LOVED the truck. The kicker? They slid a second piece of paper across the table with a new OTD quote, roughly $4,000 higher than the agreed-upon price. The sales tactics of heavy pressure, long wait times ("wear them down until they’ll sign anything"), and last-minute add-on costs are outdated and blatantly deceptive. Come on, Rairdon Sales Team—you can do better than this! More
