Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When I brought my concerns to management, I felt dismissed rather than supported. I was told that because the vehicle had already left the lot, the repairs would be my responsibility — with estimates exceeding $7,000 after I had already paid $17,000. I genuinely believed I was buying from a trusted dealership, which makes this even more frustrating. I hope they improve transparency and customer care moving forward. More
