I wrote a note on their website at 11:30 PM inquiring about a used Honda Pilot my wife had found and Mandi responded immediately that someone had looked at it that day and would have to let me know in th about a used Honda Pilot my wife had found and Mandi responded immediately that someone had looked at it that day and would have to let me know in the morning if it was still available! It was and scheduled a test drive Friday after work! We immediately loved it since it was like brand new and we drove it home that evening! Terry, the sales manager was awesome as well as Mandi and I told them we would be back for my new truck some day soon we hoped! I highly recommend this dealer as I have also read many of their service department reviews! This buying experience was excellent and we never felt pressured one bit! I was not pleased with their service department at all. To start with I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Britney stated could not work me in. So at my appointment time I was told that it was for the day be To start with I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Britney stated could not work me in. So at my appointment time I was told that it was for the day before. So I left it, when I called they said they could not work it in until the next day. Britney called and told me that the repairs were going to cost 8,000 dollars. So I refused the work and picked it up the following day. They charged me a total of 234.00.
