She never pressured me to settle for something else and kept searching for over ten days for the Bronco I wanted. I bragged on Lori to my husband, and drove over from Arkansas to meet her and talk about the Ford truck he wanted to buy in the future. I felt completely at ease with Lori and felt like I’ve known her for years. From the first moments I met her I knew I was in the right place and would stick with her to find exactly the Bronco I wanted. She explained the different features and didn’t try to persuade me one way or the other. She helped me decide without sales pressure which I appreciated so much! Jacky Jones Ford has a family-like, hometown feel to it. Everyone seems happy, they greet you with big smiles and honest eyes, which really helped bring down my protective walls. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Kathleen Lisa, my salesperson and Caren Bishop in the Finance Department. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I knew they had my best interest at heart and did not try to oversell me on anything I did not want or need. It was SO refreshing!
