I was transferred from one salesperson to another. The service I received was informal and I didn’t feel like my time was valued. From looking at the cars to financing and taking delivery, the manager intervened when we were leaving the second time we had visited the dealership. He was on his way out and asked why I was leaving and I told him the car I came to see wasn’t available. The salesperson didn’t want to show it to me because she said a client of hers is coming the next day to get it. The salespeople need a lot more training. I have purchased new cars from 2 other luxury dealers and the service was amazing. I was going to buy from north Miami because they were so helpful, and respected my time. I ended up buying from pines because I live less than 5 min away. I’m guessing that pines works off volume so they don’t care about the customer relationship. I could be old school but I always refer others and return to places where I am treated well. We got the Lexus is350. Even to take a photo with the bow was a hassle for the salesperson. They didn’t give us anything, such a keychain, etc. most dealers I have gone to have a nice package of memorabilia after you purchase from them. Lexus of pines needs to do better More
