I had talked with Ryan over the phone several times before I came into the dealership. He also kept me up to date with any new vehicles that came in that he thought I might be interested in. Ryan had great patience with me which can be a difficult task when I am car shopping! The day I came into the dealership Ryan greeted me at the door with a smile. He had the vehicles ready for me that he knew I was interested in. While test driving the cars, Ryan made sure to go over every detail of the cars and explain exactly how everything works. Once I decided on a car, he worked his hardest to get me the best price on my trade-in and on the vehicle I was purchasing. When it came to do the wire Ryan knew I wasn't satisfied with the final price. He went in one last time to see what he could do to work out a deal that I was satisfied with. Ryan went above and beyond to achieve great customer service. He is everything you want in a salesman. He treats you as he would want to be treated if it was him there buying a car. Looking for the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle is painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest, I'm a skeptical consumer. I had no idea where Lima, OH was on a map and didn't find the name terribly appealing. Doubtful of the outcome, I submitted an internet inquiry at 11:30pm. By 7:30am the next morning, I had a call-back from Ryan Swaney, a down-to-earth and amiable associate committed to the customer-experience. Ryan walked me through the vehicle history, spoke of the dealership's 100+ year history as a Cadillac dealer and detailed out the vehicle specifics. My concern was the distance between me and the vehicle, to which Ryan responded that he'd see to it that the vehicle would arrive at the location of my choice. While the entire pre-purchasing experience was phenomenal, here's why I ultimately decided to sign on the dotted line: 1. The car was priced $2,000 below any comparably-equipped vehicle, 2. Ryan offered to deliver the car to my home on New Year's Eve, 237 miles away, 3. Ryan patiently walked me through all of the car's gadgets and answer all my questions, and 4. The dealership proved up the quality they represented online. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with this experience. A day after I took delivery of my new 'used vehicle' I spotted a small windshield crack that I had not seen the day before. I was afraid that glass would not be covered under my 12 month bumper to bumper, but Ryan immediatedly made arrangements for a glass service to come to me to replace the windshield.
