Ryan and I spoke several times over the weekend and completed our deal and took delivery of our new-to-us vehicle on Monday afternoon. I was shopping around for a newer, used family vehicle with no luck. Local dealerships wanted a premium on the type of vehicle I was looking for. Then there was a blemish in my credits past which I know also discouraged the other dealers. Of course it was quite a few years back when I was yuounger and dumber, but the blemish was still there. After trying a few local dealerships, a relative told me about Lima Auto Mall. "Lima Auto Mall??? Well let me see if they have a website." Sure enough, there site, www.limaautomall.com, had a nice selection of newer, pre-used vehicles. WoW, Lima Auto Mall even had several models of the family vehicle I was looking for. Also, Lima Auto Mall's prices were several thousands of dollars below any local dealership I was looking at. Needless to say, I had to see if they were willing to work with me. After filling out an on-line application, it only took about an hour for Ryan Swaney to contact me. I gave him all my info and the info on the vehicle I was interested in and he got me the loan approval. We setup an appointment to take a look at the newer, family vehicle. My wife was so happy. She loves her minivan. Ryan was very motivated and excited to help us get a vehicle that would fit my family safely and comfortably. Ryan Swaney and the folks at Lima Auto Mall were the best. I hope to do buisness with Lima Auto Mall again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a clean, newer, used vehicle to check out Lima Auto Mall before going anywhere else, they will be hard to beat.
