Ryan took the stressful experience of buying a car from out of state, one I didn't even test drive, and went above and beyond to work with me and give me peace of mind. After we worked out a deal I was hap out of state, one I didn't even test drive, and went above and beyond to work with me and give me peace of mind. After we worked out a deal I was happy with, all the people I spoke with were very reasonable and fair in the negotiations, it was time to work out the steps of getting it to MN. When I wanted to car parked in the garage because of the hurricane (even though it wasn't likely to hit their area directly)? Done. When I saw that the window tint on the car wasn't Minnesota legal and asked him to remove it? Done. This deserves to be doubly praised since he and his coworkers did all this in the midst of not one, but two hurricanes bracing to hit their area. Ryan was responsive and willing to serve, well past when I had signed on the dotted line. The car is here now and I'm loving her. P.S. Thanks for the free shirt Ryan More
