I test drove the vehicle around town a little bit. I’m sorry I didn’t take it on the highway. I would’ve noticed the transmission issue. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule and run it up to a Chevy dealership for for diagnosis and probably back again for The repairs. so yes, a little hard to recommend a dealership when you have issues like this. Especially when I traded a very solid vehicle, but your sales guided a good job so you have at least one good employee.. More

I felt like they were just trying to get me in and out. I was promised a detail and a full tank of gas, when I went to pick it up over a week later it was not detailed nor did it have gas. When I went back to get a detail and get gas, the gas part was fulfilled, but I never got my car detailed even though I had spoke to someone who said I would that day. I was excited to go pick up a clean truck, and was let down. The vehicle was paid in full, and I never received the paperwork of the work done on the vehicle which I had requested.
