The past few times I have come to get my car serviced it has taken hours upon hours waiting . I've even been give two rental cars for two different times and every time I return the rental cars I've still h has taken hours upon hours waiting . I've even been give two rental cars for two different times and every time I return the rental cars I've still have had to wait even after having a rental for 24 hours . This past time in particular , the part was dropped off at 6:43 in the morning and It was not ready when I returned the rental cars at 1:45 from the previous day . I can be understanding when you are putting parts on a car but even with regular maintenance it takes at least 4 hours every time . More

My vehicle was filthy upon pick up. I had to get the inside windshield wiped in order to see to drive. The outside drivers door was also filthy. I had to call it in myself. There was only 28 lbs of air in each of my tires. I texted the required information to the finance manager to support my refund for overpayment on taxes. He did not acknowledge receipt. I then called and asked him to confirm. He made no attempt to call me back. I then called Dianne to speak with him. Still no callback. I did receive my refund in a timely manner but there was a complete lack of communication from finance. On short, my sales rep was the only high point in my experience with Toyota West Mobile. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Serviced my car less than 2 weeks ago and had to return due to low oil. Was told that my car is just burning more oil now that it’s getting older. Skid plate under motor was also left hanging off.
