New owners. Almost all the employees that were great to work with are gone. Place has a different feel to it (not for the better). They even took out the popcorn machine (it was good popcorn). Nobody likes change, but the verdict is still out whether the change at this business is for the good or not. I miss the warmth of friendly familiar faces and super customer service. The Service Center representative I did deal with was nice and seemed knowledgeable (Cameron), but again, it's starting a new relationship and building that trust all over again. The 10,000 mile service to my car was done correctly but it did take a little longer than the previous dealership. It's just disappointing to see a place you've grown to enjoy take an almost 180 degree turn. I guess time will tell if we stay with them or do business with another dealership. If they earn my trust, do great work, give good deals, and treat me as a valued customer I'll stay loyal to that location. I'm just concerned they've lost that personal touch and are moving toward a more modern business model where it's just all business and that's it. More

I had a somewhat terrible experience with the service department because of an obvious lack of communication between the sales department and the service department. My vehicle was filthy upon pick up. I had to get the inside windshield wiped in order to see to drive. The outside drivers door was also filthy. The Sirius radio connection was not mad I had to get the inside windshield wiped in order to see to drive. The outside drivers door was also filthy. The Sirius radio connection was not made. I had to call it in myself. There was only 28 lbs of air in each of my tires. I texted the required information to the finance manager to support my refund for overpayment on taxes. He did not acknowledge receipt. I then called and asked him to confirm. He made no attempt to call me back. I then called Dianne to speak with him. Still no callback. I did receive my refund in a timely manner but there was a complete lack of communication from finance. On short, my sales rep was the only high point in my experience with Toyota West Mobile. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
