I had a somewhat terrible experience with the service department because of an obvious lack of communication between the sales department and the service department. My vehicle was filthy upon pick up. I had to get the inside windshield wiped in order to see to drive. The outside drivers door was also filthy. I had to call it in myself. There was only 28 lbs of air in each of my tires. I texted the required information to the finance manager to support my refund for overpayment on taxes. He did not acknowledge receipt. I then called and asked him to confirm. He made no attempt to call me back. I then called Dianne to speak with him. Still no callback. I did receive my refund in a timely manner but there was a complete lack of communication from finance. On short, my sales rep was the only high point in my experience with Toyota West Mobile. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The service was "Way" too slow! It commonly takes nearly 2 hours for the service to be performed with an appointment. That is unacceptable and we're now seeking alternatives.
