I took my new car for the first scheduled maintenance ahead of the recommended schedule. I was advised by the service department that I needed my rear differential fluid changed at around 7000 miles. Aft ahead of the recommended schedule. I was advised by the service department that I needed my rear differential fluid changed at around 7000 miles. After I agreed to it to keep my warranty, I asked to get my owner’s manual out of the vehicle. The owner’s manual indicated that it did not need to be changed until between 15,000 and 30,000 miles. I was also told that an indicator light came on my dash saying that it needed completed. I am very careful to complete all maintenance to maintain my warranty and took pictures of the service screen before taking the car in for maintenance. There were no indicators that any service was needed at that point (including an oil change) as I was just taking the car in ahead of schedule because of an upcoming trip. I’m disappointed and feel that I cannot trust this dealership. More

We feel like we were misled. We were sold a 2020 Acura TLX Tech Pack. Nowhere did it state that the parking sensors were not functioning. They are not only not functioning, where We were sold a 2020 Acura TLX Tech Pack. Nowhere did it state that the parking sensors were not functioning. They are not only not functioning, where the button should exist there is instead a blank cover. Additionally, it appears that the control for the distance between cars when using cruise control is non-functioning. Would be great if we could have these features fixed as we fully anticipated that they were in working condition as advertised. More
