I live in Western MA and was duped into a lease instead of a purchase by Curry Honda in Chicopee. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General, but would not return there for service, so I used Bali of a purchase by Curry Honda in Chicopee. I liked the car but not the lease, so I decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. I was approved for a loan from my FL credit union, but MA would not accept a lien from FL. A family member (in Worcester, where I am caregiving) came through with a loan for me at the last minute. Once I phoned Lundgren my Western MA dealership nightmare ended. Dustin Johnson (Finance), Russell Rheault (Sales) and Kenny Seda (Service) were my rescuing angels. All provided the best customer service I have ever received with my HR-V. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were patient, and helped me to understand the lease buyout process. I was no longer dealing with people that didn't know how to help me. Unfortunately, I don't live in Worcester, so this dealership is about 1.5 hours away, but I will probably make the trip for such great service. Thank you, Lundgren for all your wonderful service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Russell Rheault. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have had. Russell was very helpful and extremely easy going. He took the time to help us figure out if our car seats would fit in our new vehicle, even having another staff member let us borrow his to do some test fitting. He also took the time to text me after work hours to make sure our financing would work for us. I wish all salesmen had the same approach that Russell had.
