They voided the original contract and created a new one with the discount applied, ensuring we received the benefits we were eligible for. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and we didn’t have an appointment. The team at Bill Jacob’s did a great job in connecting us up with a sales representative despite the hectic day they were having. We an appointment. He was very professional and fit us in between seamlessly between all of his appointments. We ended up buying that day partially because of how comfortable we were with Russ.
