I chose Longo Toyota because AAA lead me to this dealer and from the beginning my experience was impeccable! Ruben Cardenas our sales person was perfect! Brandon Cruz was the first to make contact with me online and provided detailed information about the vehicle I was interested in before I came in person. JJ the person who ran the numbers was caring and very informative. Our finance person was also very honest and didn’t push to purchase anything extra. Overall, I felt good about my decision after I left. I was not pressured like most dealerships make you feel and mainly I did not feel I was taken advantage of. Ruben explained every detail, listened and really cared about our needs. He is truly a very genuine person! He also called me the next day to ask if we had any other questions, now that is service!!! I would definitely return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I was amazed on the SIZE of this dealership. The even have a Starbucks inside. Ruben supported me with my first car purchase I purchased my first car from Ruben in late August of 2019. This was my first time at a dealership... and I walked out with a car. I know people say t I purchased my first car from Ruben in late August of 2019. This was my first time at a dealership... and I walked out with a car. I know people say to not do that, but Ruben felt like a confidant who truly wanted to help me. I was looking for a Prius and wanted to stay in a certain price range. He showed me a few models, stated the facts & features, and then just let me do the exploring and questions-asking. He wasn't a pushy salesperson, but he did make sure I did things the right way - he did not let me leave without doing a test drive even though I wasn't feeling up for it (which is super important, how did I think I would buy a car I never tried out?). He's a Prius owner and was really helpful in letting me know extra, honest details about their reliability (i.e. how many miles he's racked up on his). My parents and I spent HOURS with him as I tried to make up my mind about purchasing (this was my first car!). He was patient throughout and gave me the time to decide. He also did his best to get me a great price. Ruben has amazing customer service, but he also has a vibe to him as though he's family. All in all I would purchase a car from Ruben anytime! More
