This was my very first car I’m purchasing and I was a little scared and nervous, since I’m about to hit 40 and I’m just getting my very own car. Walking into Longo was a perfect choice. Growing up in El Monte and always seeing Longo Toyota I always thought to me self that this is wear I would get a car from. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. She asked what I came in for and I let her know so she called one of the sales associates. I didn’t wait long and Ruben introduced himself to me. He was asking questions about what I was looking for pricewise, if this was my first car, what I’ve driven before. I let him know what models I was interested and he took me to them right away, but then I asked about a hybrid and how they work pricewise. He showed me a Toyota Corolla hybrid SE and I knew that was the car for me. I got in. He explained the features and benefits. So we took it for a test drive and the car fell really good. It was smooth. Navigation system was great. The audio system is great overall I just felt very comfortable in that car. I didn’t look at any other models after so we went inside to talk about paperwork sing so much that went into buying car again. I was a little stressful, but Ruben really went through everything in detail so he knew I would understand everything. I was there for quite a while until my payment was processed. Contract was drawn signing my contract and just waiting to have my car. Ruben really was a true salesman. He was kind, polite, not pushy at all and just made the whole experience of buying my very first car, EXCEPTIONAL. If you are heading to Longo Toyota ask for Ruben you will be happy you did.
