Rosie, the service manager went out of her way to put me in on there very busy schedule and treated me like I was a family. Her knowledge and expertise is not what can found at other competitions dealershi in on there very busy schedule and treated me like I was a family. 1st time at this dealer. Car was serviced and I received it in same condition as dropped off no trash in car, no fingerprints or grease marks, nothing broken (as with another Car was serviced and I received it in same condition as dropped off no trash in car, no fingerprints or grease marks, nothing broken (as with another Ford Dlr.) Only disappointment, service never called when car ready. I called service @ 1650 and they said oh yes, car is ready. Ticket said was ready about 1400... However, I would go back. Service staff was polite and courteous, everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and polite. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me get my vehicle repaired. Thanks! More
