Derek was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me cars I was considering, like the Honda CR-V and the Honda Accord, and worked with his manager to offer an excellent deal on the Touring trim. Although the deal was enticing, I wasn’t ready to decide and appreciated that Derek wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions patiently, leaving a great first impression. I’ve always been drawn to the CR-V for its visibility and practicality. After the holiday, Derek followed up to check on my interest.
