Erick and Rosalie are great. Tony is not. I have bought 9 cars for this dealership. It used to truly carry the fundamental aspect of what made Lexus great. Service. That's not th Tony is not. The last car I bought (LC 500) was delivered dirty and we got NO help with infotainment. I watched YouTube to learn most of it. Lexus always makes good cars. That's why I buy them, but the dealer experience is more like a Kia or Nissan dealership. I had heard that he ownership had never owned a luxury dealership before and man does it show. I will still buy Lexus vehicles, but probably from Tulsa or Oklahoma City. 6 of my Lexus purchased here were from when I lived out of town and even out of state. I didn't have to come here, but I did because the service was that good. I can get the current level of service from way less dealerships. Ask the sales team about the leadership. If they're honest, they will tell you what they have shared with me. This place is bleeding loyal customers. I hope this helps. More

I can't recommend this dealership based on my purchase experience. I purchased a car from them remotely, and the communication from the salesperson was very minimal. I never felt comfortable or assured t experience. I purchased a car from them remotely, and the communication from the salesperson was very minimal. I never felt comfortable or assured that they were working to get me the car I wanted. I felt in the dark most of the time and confused about many things. They were not informative or helpful unless I asked specific questions from my own research and then I only got short text answers back. I spoke to a manager who was more helpful with my questions, but I felt he got pushy with add-ons. The car is good, but even the delivery was challenging because they didn't let me know when it was scheduled, only a heads up that it was on the way, without an ETA. And even that was a short confusing text. The car arrived with a stain on the passenger seat and when I pointed it out, they only apologized for missing that in the detail. The service overall was far from the professionalism I would expect from a Lexus dealership. More

Waited more than 30 minutes past the quoted time frame for my vehicle of an hour and a half to two hours. My car was sitting outside ready to go for at least 20 minutes before I went into the service advi for my vehicle of an hour and a half to two hours. My car was sitting outside ready to go for at least 20 minutes before I went into the service advisor’s office to ask about it being done. In the past, I have never waited on a vehicle for service; I have just requested a rental. They’ve always done a great job with my car, but if you don’t have several hours to spare, I don’t recommend waiting. More

Rosalie was absolutely amazing and made the out-of-state purchasing process quick, easy and efficient. She was very accommodating with our requests and addressed all of our concerns.
