Jim reached out to me 2 times with Reviews and said your GMS (Ronnie Pack) would reach out to me. Never heard a word. It took a whole month of research and pointing it out to you all. I pointed this out to Ronnie Tyler at the time of the sale beforehand it was a standard item, but know no he wanted to sell me something installed in the factory. He even claimed that he saw the vendor spray it on, but the bill of sale from the vendor as proof. I did email both of you (Carri Watkins & Ronnie Pack). After the email 3 days later Ronnie Pack got in touch with me. He said I was right and I was charged for the bedliner. Said I would get a full refund. He said somehow it got pasted him. No one should have to go through this when they buy a new vehicle. Ronnie Tyler lied about the whole time to me about this. Also in their fine print, it says " New Vehicle Prices do not include sales tax/IMF Fee, tag & title fees, $599 closing fee, and $2,241 dealer installed accessories for cars or $3,229 dealer installed accessories for trucks. New vehicles are typically equipped with dealer-installed accessories. Customers are not required to purchase dealer-installed accessories as a condition of sale." Ronnie Tyler lied about that one too. You are required to buy this. Now yes I'm happy with my truck. Not happy with the lying I had to deal with.
