Always a good experience I am driving my 4th Mercedes since 2008. Always an easy process especially due to Tim Allred. Has helped me thru 3 leases. Ron White helped with one. I never shop elsewhere. There's no need to! I've been a loyal Mercedes purchaser for over 40 Years. The only thing that exceeds the quality of the Mercedes automobile is the quality of the servi I've been a loyal Mercedes purchaser for over 40 Years. The only thing that exceeds the quality of the Mercedes automobile is the quality of the service at M-B of OKC. Josh Collins is undoubtedly the most attentive representative I've ever dealt with. His total commitment to customer support simply amazes!. When Josh says, "I'll take care of it", I immediately take it off of my "To-Do-List." More

Just great all the way around I have purchased 5 cars since 2004 and have had the best experience from the purchase to the service. Ben Marler has been my service advisor since day one and has gone over and above to help me with any issue I have. He is very thorough and informative and willing to go the extra mile to help you make the best decisions when servicing your vehicle. I appreciate him always greeting me when I pull up and taking care of whatever my issue may be. And lastly its mostly general maintenance and car detailing as my car never breaks down or has issues. What can you say...its a Benz. More

He UNDERSTANDS your problems, has an amazing knack of explaining (most often very correctly) what the problem might be, what the solutions are, and keeping you informed as work progresses. Having worked in the parts department years ago, he has an experienced knack of getting all parts needed for your work as soon as possible, and is focused from the time he hits the dealership with respect to getting you the best service possible..........we have seen him RUNNING THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP in pursuit of customer satisfaction many times. Other automobile service organizations need to take a lesson from this guy - he embodies the ideal service rep, and we are proud to both endorse him and to look forward to our next service needs (as long as he continues to be our service rep)!
