ASAP Service I had a large bolt stab a tire & it went flat quickly. I had AAA put on the spare tire. Then I went to MBOKC and George Nicholson greeted me and proce I had a large bolt stab a tire & it went flat quickly. I had AAA put on the spare tire. Then I went to MBOKC and George Nicholson greeted me and proceeded to put a new tire on my GLE63e. Thanks for the quick replacement! More

Nice, friendly people and great customer service! I have owned Mercedes cars for years while living in Atlanta. When I moved here my car was older and I brought it into Mercedes on several occasions f I have owned Mercedes cars for years while living in Atlanta. When I moved here my car was older and I brought it into Mercedes on several occasions for repairs. When I decided to get a new car, Ron White, was so easy to work with and helped me pick out the perfect new car. Since then, I have had several occasions to bring it into the service department. Jesse is wonderful. Along with the rest of the staff, they seem to all work together to provide the best experience possible. More
