Brought focus in for 4 new tires which was done and due to not having tires in stock, I got a car to use for the day. Unfortunately I mentioned emphatically I wanted a test drive as problem in the steering to not having tires in stock, I got a car to use for the day. Unfortunately I mentioned emphatically I wanted a test drive as problem in the steering wheel. Turning right or left is a grinding, clanking/grating noise. . This was brought to my attention a year ago that this is an issue with this model and to watch it as time goes by it will get worse. It is very noticeable and much worse. Upon picking up my car after tire replacements was told all is good and no problem when test driven I left the dealership and had to make a right hand turn onto rt 140 and the grinding grating noise was clearly evident. Appears a test drive was not done I now need to go back next week and had to make appointment for a test drive. Very dissatisfied that this major issue had not been addressed the first time. Now I need to return and physically go with a technician to determine what is wrong and hopefully they will fix the steering problem. Thank you More

I found a Ford Bronco Sport Badlands online that other dealers couldn't get. I immediately inquired and was working with Ron Sitcawich. I appreciated how efficient, professional and knowledgeable Ron was. Turns out the car was just posted online but not on their lot yet. I put a deposit on it and Ron kept me updated as it traveled from Mexico to Western U.S. and eventually to Franklin Ford. I can't say enough how easy the process was then and when I drove the 90 miles to do the paperwork. Interestingly, Massachusetts doesn't have temporary plates for dealers to use and I live in neighboring CT. So, Ron made arrangements to meet me at DMV to register the car and drive it away! 5 stars and 2 cheers for Ron and Franklin Ford. An amazing and painless experience from beginning to end! More

They honored their commitment to honor the MSRP for the Bronco when many dealers are being dishonest. Ron did an outstanding job walking me through the Bronco and answering all my questions. They also honored my request to not mount a front plate bracket. This might seem trivial, however many dealers would have ignored my wishes and blamed the state inspection requirements. If I am in the market for another Ford I will absolutely visit Franklin Ford, they might not be a huge dealership, or have the newest facility, but they have the local feel and small dealer customer service you won’t find at huge dealerships. More
