1st time buying car at Franklin Ford, Sales team was friendly and helpful (Sergey F). Finance department was low pressure with add ons for additional coverage options. One note that left this review as one star was the fact the interest rate on loan was not discussed until financial paperwork was 1/2 way executed with signatures. This is partly my fault for not inquiring before starting paperwork. Also, i had a trade in and was given a very fair value for my vehicle. Overall good experience and would be happy to return to purchase another vehicle. More
